Rickard Hansson, Founder + CEO @ weavy Rickard Hansson is the founder of weavy.  It's being described as a "revolution in team collaboration." Of course, Rickard is the one that describes it that way, but that doesn't make it any less true. His marketing department, however, insists that he be more specific and refer to as "The world’s first framework with the building blocks to add team communication and collaboration to your apps." (But revolution has a better ring to it. Don't you think?) Rickard is a serial entrepreneur with over 20 years experience building successful companies like lemoon®, Way2IT, damoon®, Incentive, Dynamics Connect™, Spectrum (no, not that Spectrum), and more.He develops video games in his limited spare time. And likes long walks on the beach with VCs and deep-pocketed investors.  Sonya Lee, Sonya Lee International Sonya Lee is a keynote speaker, UX expert, and spiritually-minded business coach in Orange County, California. By age 26, she became an award-winning web designer and has the honor of being called “disruptive” when helping Bob Iger, the CEO of Disney, launch Disney.com. She has worked on brands for Warner Bros, AT&T, TrueCar, Adobe, Cisco and launched several tech companies. Today, Sonya helps Fortune 100 companies, business owners and entrepreneurs increase revenue by developing campaigns and messages that persuade and attract customers. She developed the UserXTM Method that aligns true purpose with profit which then leads into creating million-dollar branding, attractive business offerings, effective marketing strategies and friendly sales approaches. Sonya believes that everyone has unique gifts, however, it is up to each of us to step into their purpose. At an early age, Sonya was sent to live in a monastery that left her emotionally scarred and struggling to know her true self. Being cut off from mainstream society initially stunted her growth, but rather than shrink back, she used the experience to push the boundaries of personal evolution and improve the human experience. Sonya is also the founder of UX Your LifeTM, a personal development framework designed to maximize the human potential. A huge thank you to our sponsors + partners!
