      6 Week Group Health Coaching Series

      Who: ​Open minded individuals ready to be proactive for their personal health, happiness, and longevity threw professional coaching and group support. What: ​6 small I hour group sessions focused on a variety of health-related topics that will ultimately change the way you look at your overall health and wellness. Each session will have a group check-in, health lecture, Q&A, handouts, samples, as well as weekly homework, a variety of health-related recourses to listen to, watch or read and fun bonus challenges. Each session builds on the last guiding you to integrate 2-3 health hacks into your daily life setting you up for long term success. 1 full hour session with me you decide how to best utilize this ​Option 1 – 1 30 minute session in the beginning or before the group begins to get to know you better, your personal health goals, past challenges and answer any questions you have. The other 30 minute session 1-2 weeks after the group ends to follow up with you and make any other final suggestions. ​Option 2 - 1 30 minute if you know you won’t be able to make it to one of the group sessions and the last to follow up 1-2 weeks after the group ends. Option 3 - I hour session to follow up 1-2 weeks after the group ends OR any time during the group you need for extra assistance or if you miss a group session. ​ Topics discussed include: Morning and bedtime rituals Fitting out Intermittent fasting Inflammation Circadian rhythm Sleep quality Blue and red light Sun light Detoxing and cleansing CommUNITY Understanding your bio-individuality Focus and energy Meditation Supplements Whole living food Diet fads Beating cravings and triggers Hot cold therapy Transforming psychology Understanding ingrediants Fasting Food prep Mycotoxins 2-3 additional subjects to be decided by group mutual goals and health concerns ​ ​What to expect ​A fun supportive group of like minded awesome people ready to share some laughs and learn all about the newest breakthroughs in health and happiness! Once you are officially registered your first homework assignment will be to complete a health history intake form This gives me a better idea of your personal goals, main health concerns, and current lifestyle choices so I can customize the sessions accordingly for the maximum results. ​The beginning of each session will start with a group check in where we will go over what is new and great, what suggested tips and tricks from the week before worked well and what maybe did not work so well. We will briefly talk about how to tweak what did not work out so well and / or understand why. Sessions will then move on to the new content for that week along with extra outside resources you can go over on your on your own time like pod casts, reading materials and documentaries. We will close with 2-3 action steps on how to integrate the new knowledge into everyday daily life. A session summary with links to the health resources you may go over on your own will be emailed following our sessions. Staple recipes, links to discounts, upcoming health related events and motivational quotes may also be included in this email. I will also provide you with all the materials you need and handouts, as well as prizes for weekly challenges, free samples, tastings and other awesome surprises to help support you along your journey of transformation.  ​ What not to expect  A boring diet based group with embarrassing weigh ins and judgement! ​ For your consideration... ​These group sessions are designed to hold YOU accountable which is scientifically proven to benefit you the most in creating true transformation. ​A growing body of research suggests that self-help groups are an effective and efficient complement to traditional health and human services.
