The Academy for the Performing Arts (APA) will host its first-ever “Plug-In to Pop Music” Virtual Summer Camp for children ages 9-14 this July 6-24, 2020.

Young music enthusiasts will be introduced to pop and rock instruments, learn songwriting skills, critical listening techniques, and, most importantly, have virtual performance opportunities (which will be recorded and available for students to download).

All levels of experience are welcome, as music lovers can participate in one of two sessions: Session 1 (10:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m.) for those with little or no previous music experience, and Session 2 (12:30 p.m.-2:00 p.m.) for those with some previous music experience. Space is limited.

Cost: Payment required - Camp pricing is $260 for first student, with a $200 “Same Screen Discount” per additional student from same household.
