Davio’s Northern Italian Steakhouse in Irvine partners with Duke Spirits for their monthly Spirits Pop-Up Series. Every month, Davio’s partners with a local distillery to offer exclusive craft cocktails alongside perfectly selected gourmet bar bites prepared by Davio’s executive chef, Istvan Toth. On Wednesday, June 26 from 5 - 8 p.m., Davio’s welcomes honorary guest, Miguel Rodriquez to present specialty cocktails from Orange County’s legendary spirits company, Duke Spirits.

* Burning Daylight: Duke Bourbon, Orange Bitters, Aromatic bitters, Coffee/Cinnamon Syrup
* Duke Manhattan: Duke Bourbon, Carpano Antica Formula, Aromatic Bitters, Orange Bitters
* El Chupacabra: Duke Bourbon, IPA syrup, Orange Bitters
