Indivisible OC California Summit Overview & Potluck

If you didn't get to attend the California Indivisible Summit (or if you did, and couldn't get to every Break Out group) then you will want to attend this meeting to catch up. An informal panel of Indivisibles will share the highlights of the two day action-packed Summit. Don't miss this opportunity to set the scene for the next 20 months of election excitement as we get our chance to send Donald Trump and his crew of thieves and liars packing. We expect to have speakers for our panel from every part of Orange County. Please bring a light supper item or some drinks to share for a potluck supper, We'll also be writing last minute reminder postcards to send out to progressive voters for the District Three supervisors election. Some of our Blue Wave and Voter Registration t-shirts will be available in exchange for a donation to our Act Blue account. We will also have a few voter registration kits. This meetng is sponsored by Indivisible OC Outreach, a county-wide Indivisible group dedicated to voter education and registration, volunteer training, and getting out the vote.    FAQs Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?     No. Teens are especially welcome, and any child who can sit without creating a disturbance is welcome.  What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?     Unfortunately, there is no public transportation to the Duck Club. There is plenty of free parking. Be sure to enter Riparian View from Campus Drive, NOT from Michelson Drive. If you start out from Campus Drive at University Drive, driving North on Campus (away from UC Irvine), you cross over the bridge and immediately turn a sharp right. Drive along a two-lane paved road and you'll see the San Diego Creek far below on the right. When you see the barrier, you will turn sharp left down onto the Nature Preserve. The Duck Club is well marked and there is a ramp on the right-hand side of the building.   What can I bring into the event?      Please bring items for a light supper, like dips, crackers, fruit, cheese, or antipasto. Beverages are welcome but we will have filtered water in pitchers and prefer not to bring plastic bottles. If you can't bring anything for the potluck, we appreciate small donations to help pay for paper goods, printing, etc.  We can use several people who can come early, at 4:15, to help set up the tables and chairs, and to register attendees. We also need a crew who will help put everything back in storage, and pack up our supplies. Remember that you can always donate through our Act Blue Account if you have a credit or debit card. Our donations are tracked through, so donations are correctly reported. How can I contact the organizer with any questions?      You can email additional questions to or call 949 929-6512.   Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?     No, but it is good if you do. Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?      Absolutely. The tickets are to make sure that we don't go beyond the IRWD rules for occupancy.
